Do woom bikes come with training wheels?
No, Woom advises against training wheels because they teach children the wrong balancing and steering techniques.
Instead of learning to properly turn, children on training wheels learn to rely on the side supports and oversteer, which often results in crashes and falls when the wheels are removed. Instead, Woom recommends starting children on a balance bike like the GO 1.
What is the woom upCYCLING Membership?
Woom knows that sizing up every two years can get expensive, especially with how fast kids grow. So to help with this, Woom offers something called the upCYCLING Membership, also known as Woom Exchange. For a one-time fee of $59, you become a lifetime member, and when your child outgrows their woom bike, you can then ship the old, outgrown bike back to Woom in any condition, and they will refund you 40% of the original bike's purchase price as a credit; they even pay for the return shipping.
What is the Woom Bikes returns policy?
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send your item back. All returned items must be in original condition to be eligible for a full refund. You’ll be pleased to hear that Woom will cover the cost of return shipping, and your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Does Woom offer free shipping?
No Woom does not offer permanent free shipping, because bicycles are large, bulky items, shipping costs are calculated on a per-bike basis depending on the model and your destination.

Bundle up
If you know your child is going to need a helmet, a water bottle, a kickstand, or a bike lock, do not buy them separately. woom charges a flat $5 to $10 shipping fee for standalone accessory orders. However, if you add all your accessories to your cart at the same time you buy a bike, Woom will pack them into the bike box, so you don't pay extra shipping on the gear.
