How much does ROUVY cost?
ROUVY has several plans, the Single plan covers one rider for $19.99/month, or $179.99 if billed annually (a $59.98 saving) Duo covers two riders for $29.99/month or $249.99 annually (a $109.89 saving) and group covers 5 riders at $59.99/month or $499.99 annually (a $219.89 saving)
Does ROUVY have a free trial?
Yes, every new ROUVY subscription starts with a 7-day free trial that has full access to all features in the ROUVY app so you can test how it runs and if it fits your schedule and cancel or stay within the 7-days.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, but it's very restricted. Once your trial period ends, you can cancel and keep riding on a limited free account, which is capped at 20km a month and has limited access to app features.
ROUVY saving tips
Pay Annually
Paying annually over a monthly subscription is pretty much the biggest saving at ROUVY, for example, a single plan costs $179.99 if you pay for a year but $239.88 in total if you pay monthly, so you're saving around $60 or roughly 3-months of riding on a monthly plan.
Loyalty Discount
ROUVY's loyalty programme is easy to miss, but after 65 days subscribed you reach level 1 and can claim 15% off, rising to 18% off after a year on an annual plan, 21% after two years and 24% off after three years. If you're planning on staying a while, then an annual subscription, plus the loyalty discount becomes pretty much unbeatable.
Split a Duo or Group plan
Splitting with friends or family who also cycle is a great way to save. A group plan covers up to 5 riders for $499.99 a year, which is $100 each when split and Duo works out at roughly $125 per rider if split, versus $179.99 annually for a Single plan.
Pause during Summer
Any active subscription can be paused for up to 180 days once a year. For riders who train indoors October to March then head outdoors that's 6 months of paying for something you're not really using so its worth pausing while you're actually outside riding. You still get 20km a month even during pause and your loyalty progress isn't affected.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work

This will reveal any specific requirements you may need to meet, which might include verification (i.e. for student discounts), meeting a minimum spend (i.e. $50 off when you spend $300 or more), or buying certain combinations of items in the same order (i.e. free accessories with every e-bike).
