What is the Jenson USA return policy?
Jenson USA returns can be made within 90 days of the original purchase date. To send your item(s) back, each item will need to be in a new and unused condition with all the manufacturer’s packaging intact. It is important to note that items returned in a used condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as any eligible returns fees. Bike racks, frames, and wheels incur a $38.99 return shipping fee while complete bikes have a return shipping charge of $99.99. Any other accessories or parts will cost $8.99 to return.
