Does Jenson USA offer free shipping?
Yes, Jenson USA offers free standard shipping on most orders over $50 to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
However, while standard parts, accessories and apparel ship free, oversized or heavy items, such as complete bikes, framesets, and hitch racks, will have an additional freight charge calculated at checkout.
Note: All complete bikes are professionally built and tuned before shipping, so there is a 2 to 3-day assembly period before your bike is dispatched
What is the Jenson USA return policy?
Jenson USA offers a 90-day return window. To be eligible for a refund, the order must be returned in brand-new, uninstalled, and unused condition with all original packaging, including boxes, tags, and manuals, perfectly intact.
If you are returning a complete bicycle, it must show absolutely no signs of wear, meaning no dirt on the tires, suspension, or drivetrain. If you are returning an electric bike, the digital odometer must show no more than 10 miles to be considered unused.
Does Jenson USA price match?
Yes, they do. If you find an identical, in-stock item for a lower price from an authorized US-based online retailer, Jenson USA will match it. You can request a price match by clicking the "Found a Lower Price?" link located on the product page.
Also, if you buy an item and Jenson USA lowers the price on its website within 30 days of your order, they will refund you the price difference as a Jenson USA gift card.
Keep in mind that price matching voids any other coupon codes or promotional offers you might try to apply to that specific item.
