If you prefer not to build the bike yourself you can pay roughly $145 to $220 to have the bike shipped directly to a partnered local bike shop for professional assembly.
What is Priority Bicycles' return policy?
Priority Bicycles offers a 30-day return policy on all non-final sale bicycles provided the bike is returned in like-new condition, with all original parts and packaging.
However, you are responsible for all return shipping and reboxing costs.
Does Priority Bicycles offer a warranty?
Yes. Priority Bicycles provides a 5-year warranty on all bicycle frames and forks against manufacturing and material defects.
Standard components are backed by a one-year warranty, while the electrical components on their e-bikes are covered for two years.
Note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic paint damage, or labor costs for repairs.
How long does the carbon drive belt last?
The belts used on Priority bicycles are reinforced with carbon-fibre cords, similar to a car or motorcycle timing belt. Because of this, they are incredibly durable and generally last 2 to 3 times longer than a standard metal bike chain, which usually lasts about 3000 miles.
Since the belt needs absolutely no grease or lubrication, it will never rust and requires practically zero day-to-day maintenance. Just make sure to rinse off dirt and road debris with a hose now and then to prolong its lifespan.
