How much does trek shipping cost?
Trek customers can get free shipping on their accessory orders if they have them shipped to a nearby store and pick them up, but otherwise you will be charged a fee dependent on the item you are ordering.
For bikes being shipping to addresses within the contiguous US, this starts from $70 for standard bikes and rises up to $500 for specific models, such as the Fetch+ 4. There are also additional fees for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
If you live close enough to a retailer depo, you can also opt for home delivery direct from the brand for an additional $100. This service includes assembly and tuning upon arrival at your nearest Trek store, who will then get in touch within 4-7 days to arrange a delivery.
Is there a Trek Bike Black Friday sale?
Trek doesn't tend to run dedicated Black Friday sales, instead sticking to its own sales schedule, but that doesn't mean you can't get significant savings by shopping at the right time. For example, we've recently seen a hefty 29% off the Émonda bike, dropping its price tag below $2000. Do Trek Bikes come with a warranty?
Trek's Lifetime Warranty applies to framesets (a frame and rigid forks), main frames, full suspension swing arms, and Bontrager wheels with carbon rims for the original owner. Your warranty will cover you against any manufacturing or material defect, letting you get repairs or a replacement should you run into these issues. Note that this does not include any damage caused by regular use or wear and tear, and you will need to keep hold of your proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
What is the Trek returns policy?
If you are thinking of returning your latest Trek order, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to try out your bike or equipment before returning it. Please note that, although returns are free, items must be cleaned or laundered beforehand to qualify for free return shipping.
