What shipping options does Zwift offer?
This brand only currently offers 1 shipping type on physical purchases. This is their standard shipping option to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days, and will cost you $75 outside of any free shipping promotions. Do I need a subscription to use Zwift?
Zwift is free for running, but you will need to create an account to get started, and you will need to pay for a monthly or yearly subscription if you plan to do any cycling. If you're looking to sign up, a monthly will cost $19.99 per month, whilst an annual plan comes in at $199.99 a year.
Is there a Zwift app?
The Zwift app is available to download free from the Google Play and Apple App stores, and lets customers check performance stats, message other users they've connected with, and use a number of different devices as screens for their virtual rides.
What is the Zwift return policy?
You can return any physical Zwift products within 30 days of your purchase if it doesn’t meet your expectations. When you do, you will receive a full refund if the product is in its original condition and with the packaging intact.
For subscriptions, monthly plans come with a 14-day free trial, giving you time to cancel if you decide the service isn't for you. Annual plans do not come with a free trial, but you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if you change your mind.
