Cycletta kick starts this May
2013 will see Cycletta roll out another series of women-only sportives across the UK following a successful year in 2012 and will see the return of double Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton CBE as Cycletta's ambassador for a third term.
Cycletta launched with a pledge to support British Cycling's aim to get one million women cycling by 2020. In 2012, Cycletta found 56 per cent of all participants were new to cycling and 96% of those would cycle regularly in the future.
The first event of 2013 will kick off on Sunday May 12 in Tatton Park, Cheshire with a choice of 20km, 37km or 52km routes.
The whole series is as follows:
Cycletta Cheshire: 12th May, Tatton Park
Cycletta at the Wiggle Dragon Ride: 9th June, Margam Park, South Wales
Cycletta Bedfordshire: 30th June, Woburn Abbey
