Oneten is the in-house clothing brand of on-line powerhouse Chain Reaction Cycles and produces some well-designed kit at realistic prices. It’s just released its new 2016 summer range, and we’ll be reviewing it in the Road Tested section in the mag over the next few months.

Oneten has had the Tempo range for some time, but for 2016 it’s been trumped by the Tempo Plus jersey at £54.99 and bibshorts at £59.99. Oneten claims improved fabrics for the Tempo Plus jersey with a laser cut silicone bottom gripper and arm grippers, while the shorts have an upgraded pad, one piece straps and laser cut leg grippers.
Meanwhile the fit of the Tempo jersey and shorts is claimed to have been improved. The jersey has deeper pockets too, while there’s a new pad for added comfort. It’s available in black with orange or white contrast panels at £44.99 each for the jersey and bibshorts.
The entry level summer 2016 collection kit kicks off with a set of non-bib shorts for £16.99 with a gel pad and all flatlocked seams. The same features but plus a bib brings the price up to £26.99, while fleece-backed thermal bibtights using the same pad and complete with reflectives come in at £35.99. there’s a jersey to match with a relaxed fit and a fourth zippered valuables pocket.
There’s a new range of compression running kit too, including a vest, short and long sleeved tops, shorts, tights and two lengths of compression socks.
Oneten has also introduced an all-new women’s cycling range including a short sleeved jersey in two colour options at £26.99, long and short sleeved baselayers and shorts, bibshorts at £26.99 and three quarter length tights at £19.99, all with flatlocked seams and a women’s specific pad.
