Can I get free shipping at Le Col?
Yes! All orders to the 48 contiguous United States are free on orders over $170. Charges for orders under $170 varies depending on state, weight, and size.
For returns, Le Col does not offer free shipping; the customer covers the cost.
What is the Le Col returns policy?
US customers have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to return their item. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging with the tags attached.
Le Col does not cover the cost of return shipping, they recommend using the Express Return option.
What is Le Cols crash replacement program?
If your Le Col gear gets damaged in a cycling crash, Le Col will offer you up to 50% off a like-for-like replacement, which is a guarantee not offered by many competitors.
