Police search for the moped driver who kicked a cyclist off his bike outside Goresbrook School in Barking causing two broken fingers
Police in Barking are on the lookout for a moped rider who kicked a cyclist off his bike on Friday evening.
London24 report that the cyclist was left with two broken fingers after the attack, which took place outside Goresbrook School in Ripple Road just after 5.30pm.
There are currently no descriptions of the moped driver, so police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
The incident reportedly occurred on a zebra crossing following an altercation between the pair. The cyclist was treated for his injuries by London Ambulance Service.
Detective Constable Nainesh Desai said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have seen a cycle and moped at the zebra crossing on the A13 near the Goresbrook Leisure centre on Friday, January 16 at 5.33pm.”
