Philippe Gilbert (BMC Racing) took the honours on stage two of the 2014 Tour of Beijing on Saturday, on a stage shortened due to adverse air quality.

Gilbert now takes the overall race lead ahead of Reinardt Janse Van Rensburg (Giant-Shimano).
The Tour of Beijing is the final race in the UCI’s 2014 WorldTour calendar, and concludes on Tuesday.
