After the first rest day, the second week of the 100th Tour de France began. Chris Froome may appear to have tightend his grip on the yellow jersey but the racing was far from predictable.
Week two had an individual time trial and three sprint stages, before the riders headed off for the mountains – including Mont Ventoux – and there were certainly plenty of surprises in store.
