Full list of starters for the elite women's individual time trial at the 2017 UCI Road World Championships in Bergen on Tuesday, September 19

The full entry list and start order has been published for the elite women’s individual time trial discipline in the 2017 UCI Road World Championships in Bergen, Norway, on Tuesday, September 19.

Last year’s world champion, Amber Neben (USA), is on the provisional list of starters.

Riders will tackle one lap of a 21.2-kilometre circuit that includes an ascent of the Birkelundsbakken climb, measuring 1.4km in length at an average of 7.2 per cent gradient.

A total of 54 riders are scheduled to start. Lauren Stephens (USA) will be the first rider down the start ramp at 15.35 local time. Her compatriot and defending champion Amber Neben (USA) will be the last rider off at 16.54.

    Brennauer has in great form and I wouldn’t be surprised if he retains her title; Armstrong will be on the hot seat for quite a while and looks good for a medal despite being 42 (!) years of age.
    If Simmonds can make the top 10, that would be a great result.
