Due to phenomenal demand, organisers of the Eroica Britannia have annouced that 100 extra tickets are available for the rides on June 21
If you missed out on the chance to show off your vintage cycling attire at Eroica Britannia this year then there’s good news – the three-day festival has issued an extra 100 ride places.
A staggering 3,200 people snapped up the initial batch of places when they went on sale for the June 21 event, but organisers have opened up more places after huge demand.
Tickets cost £60, with riders able to choose from a 30-mile, 60-mile or 100-mile ride, which must depend on how sturdy your vintage bike is and how restrictive your vintage clothing is.
All ride tickets include entry to the three-day cycling festival based in the Peak District town of Bakewell betweem June 19-21.
Be warned, though, your bike has to be made before 1987 for it to be eligible for the ride, so you can’t take your vintage Team Sky Pinarello.
Visit the Eroica Britannia website to snap up one of the few remaining tickets and start dusting off your tweed.
