The Cycling Weekly Sportive Series 2016 Season is now on sale

The Cycling Weekly Sportive Series returns for a fourth year and it’s going to be better than ever.

Once again there will be ten events in the series, nine of which are confirmed as below, and one very special event, to celebrate Cycling Weekly’s 125th year, is still in the planning phase.


12 March – Wiltshire Wildcat, Salisbury

20 March – Surrey Hills Cyclone, Dorking

30 April – Dartmoor Demon, Exeter

15 May – South Downs Spring, East Sussex

22 May – The Arrow, Lincolnshire

26 June – Ripon Revolution, Yorkshire

17 July – Suffolk Spinner, Ipswich

23 July – Malvern Mad Hatter, Worcestershire

9 October – Box Hill Original, Surrey

All Cycling Weekly Sportive Series 2016 events offer participants a choice of routes, ranging from an epic ride for the more seasoned cyclist, to shorter courses, perfect for newcomers and leisure cyclists alike. Each course is planned and operationally managed by UK Cycling Events, the UK’s leading sportive event company and really does showcase the very best sportive rides.

Book more than eight weeks in advance of the event to receive a free product pack from our nutrition partner PowerBar. The pack (worth £10) is full of performance enhancing nutrition perfect for your sportive and will be available or you to collect at registration on the day of the event!

Planning your rides in advance will save you £££’s as if you book on the day of the event there will be an additional administartion fee of £5.
