Can you help Geraint Thomas? During every stage of the Giro d?Italia the Welsh rider keeps asking himself a question and is struggling to find an answer.
It is not if the Great Britain will be beat Australia in the final of the team pursuit at the Beijing Olympics, nor if he will make to Milan and so finish the Giro. He already knows that the answer to both of those questions is yes.
Thomas is worried about something that comes to mind every time he feels hungry during every stage of the Giro d?Italia.
Thomas revealed his dilemma to Cycling Weekly before the start of Friday?s stage from Legnano to Monte Pora.
?Why is the sign that indicates the feed zone positioned exactly 12km before the start of the feed zone?? Thomas asked seriously in the start village.
It was a question we were unable to answer.
Thomas admitted he had even asked the text AQA service and asked other riders at the Giro d?Italia but nobody was able to explain why there is 12km between the sign and the feed zone.
If any one can help Thomas find an answer to the biggest question on his mind during the final week of the Giro, Geraint will be able to sleep happily at night.
Whoever is the first to the post the answer to Thomas? dilemma on the cyclingweekly.co.uk forum will win Barloworld swag and will be able to collect it from Geraint Thomas before the Smithfield Nocturne in London on June 7.
Cycling Weekly says: Please help G find the answer to his question.
