Easily the tallest pump in the test, it’s not surprising that the SKS pump took only 21 strokes to get up to the requisite 100psi.
Thankfully, the twin-hole head seals easily, and locks to the valve securely – despite this tenacious grip, removal doesn’t lose excessive pressure.
There is a little flex from the connection between steel barrel and plastic base, but it isn’t a huge concern.
A better hose store than the simple slotted clip would mean the Airkompressor would be easier to move around in the workshop but this is splitting hairs considering the performance and price.
