Café du Cycliste releases details of its autumn/winter range

Nice-based clothing brand prepares for cooler, wetter weather ahead

We may think of the South of France as warm and sunny, but come the winter months things can become decidedly chilly, particularly as you head inland from the coast and gain altitude. So Café du Cycliste knows a thing or two about cold and wet weather gear despite being based in Nice.

It’s just released its latest autumn/winter range, which adds new products in new fabrics and designs. Some of its older designs have been revamped too, with additional colours and features.

New this year is the Audax long distance collection, with the first piece the Jacqueline Audax mid-weight gilet in fluoro yellow – with a design twist. Café du Cycliste says it will fit into a jersey pocket while providing quality weather protection. Like most of the range, it’s available for men and women.

The Yolande and Claudette long sleeved merino jerseys (both £149) are existing items, but Café du Cycliste has added new colours and new details for this year. And there are three colour options for its all-weather jackets. The £175 Heidi is designed for the cold, the Charlotte (£207) for the wet and Regine at £279 for all of the above.
