Relaxation time is incredibly important for a professional cyclist. You don’t want to be unnecessarily expending energy, especially on the day of a big race.

Ian Bibby looked the picture of relaxation as he stood with his hands round his ankles and gave a brief interview through his legs.
Jonathan McEvoy, meanwhile, had a little lie down in the plank position to relax and work out his abdominal muscles at the same time.
And Liam Stones was super relaxed leaning against a wall – so laid back that he got his body at pretty much a 45 degree angle.
NFTO sit in fifth position in the overall team standings after nine rounds of the Tour Series, 28 points down on leaders JLT Condor with one round remaining in Portsmouth.
