- Great components
- Sturdy frame
- Unforgiving ride at times
Price as reviewed:
Cinelli’s Experience is sturdy and well built, especially where it counts, low down, to hold firm under forceful pedalling inputs.
Of course, there’s always some trade-off: its muscular appeal when sprinting, and stability as you throw it into turns, does result in its feeling unforgiving at times, but it’s practically an unavoidable consequence in alloy frames at this price.

Campagnolo Veloce is excellent running gear and the brakes deliver superb performance. Miche components, too, are a welcome inclusion when you take a closer look to notice the high quality of the chainset and hubs with cartridge bearings, plus a really good wheel build package all-round, with quality Vittoria rubber too.
We also appreciated the internally routed cables, a now common trait among top-priced race bikes. While it’s nothing more than aesthetics, it’s another feather in Cinelli’s cap.
With a lot of quality finishing kit included in this package, the Cinelli Experience ticks boxes left, right and centre, and it really impressed.
